This is my 5th day on decatrim. And I have lost a massive 13.2 pounds. I have been walking around 40 minutes a day, and have cut coca-cola out of my diet. I weighed myself this morning and couldn’t believe the scales. I thought my scales were broken because I had weighed myself the previous night not noticing much of a change, was still a little skeptical and then this morning I was like oh my god. When I say I cut coke out of my diet I would probably drink about 2 x 600ml coke a day. It has supressed my appetite brilliantly. I use to eat sometimes late at night, and think about eating late almost every night hehe, and since I have taken the pill I havent thought about it. It’s helped me get my sleeping pattern back on track, I wake up early in the morning now where as before I’d probably sleep. And I seem to use all my energy so by the time I get home I just want to go to sleep. I also like the fact you take 1 pill in the morning and 1 at lunchtime. Where is other diet pills you can take up to 5 in one go over a 30 month span, so it’s quite a long time. This is my first time using a weight loss pill, but I can say that this one has worked for me. I will continue to use it, definately!
